Give the Gift of Fear this Holiday Season!
Paid for by your Gov and MSM and their partners at most health organizations
The Weaponization of Fear 😱 ☠️ + Happy Holidays! 🎄🥰
How is that for an opening line?
Fear has been weaponized.
It has and is now a full-time business for our GOV and MSM.
You’ve seen this right?
It’s real.
Look, regardless of how stoic, resilient, or mentally tough you are, the combined risk and the propaganda have seeped into our minds and lives.
You’re on my list because you take personal defense seriously.
Self-defense isn’t always about a confrontation with someone else.
The first and most important fight is winning the one inside your head.
If we really want to enjoy our family, the holidays, and our lives, we need to lean into learning about fear, fear management, and using the energy of fear as the fuel for courage.
We need to develop intelligent SOPs to handle all attacks - physical or psychological.
I’ve given this subject a lot of thought for decades. And I want to help you, your family, and your friends by inspiring you to change your relationship with fear.
Fear can manifest in different ways. We’re each different, so it may show up as fatigue or moodiness or create anxiety or anger.
For me, it shows up as anger and frustration - I catch myself wasting time reading propaganda (online) and having conversations about how insane it all is. Then I get pissed at myself for not working on what’s really important now. It’s a vicious circle.
To diagnose and treat yourself, you need to develop greater self-awareness. Improving self-awareness leads to more effective situational awareness and this enhances critical thinking. IMO the surest way to improve self-awareness is through learning to manage fear.
I’m not impervious to fear… I’m right there with you. I feel fear - often. It’s part of life and it’s why I created the programs I have.
In the spirit of giving, here’s a podcast I recorded in 2017… it’s worth a listen if you missed it.
If there’s any way I can help out, please reach out. (I’ve added some resources below.)
So seriously, happy holidays.
Enjoy your family and your time if you’re taking a break.
And if you’re working over the holidays, or driving, or out and about, please remain alert - especially in big cities.
Stay safe!
