Happy 4th of July America.
I always wanted to live in the US of A.
I grew up in Canada and vacationed in the U.S. every summer.
I loved everything America stood for.
For decades, I traveled to the USA to help train various elements within the military and law enforcement communities. Initially as a foreign national, then as a legal immigrant, and finally, as a U.S. citizen.
It is such an honor and privilege to have her protectors embrace my system.
While most people see this as a day-off and a time to party (nothing wrong with that), it's also an important and symbolic day.
Spend a moment on that.
While the original battle is won and done, there will always be battles facing our nation and for us, the American citizen.
The biggest battle today is on our minds.
We are being manipulated in a way never before thought possible and you’re probably holding one of the tools/weapons responsible for this in your hands right now! Your phone (Me too! Guilty as charged.)
More than ever, we need to be thinking about our emotional and psychological 'independence' from all the noise.
The ‘Conditioning’ is real.
So please be careful what you choose to believe, to embrace, to invest in because that becomes your inner world and eventually the path you walk.
The right thing to think and the right thing to do are always ‘right’.
And this is where the weak and the strong are tested because the right stuff is often the more difficult choice to make.
Meditate on that.
To all my friends on the frontlines fighting the physical enemy, be safe. I am humbled by your courage.
🙏
Stay safe,
Coach B
