How managing fear led to Rocky V
33 years ago I worked on the set of Rocky V.
I was hired to work with boxer Tommy Morrison.
It was a wild experience as you can imagine.
Hanging with Stallone…
Running the steps in Philly where the original Rocky was filmed.
Working out with Tommy and working on isolation drills and mindset.
Wild…
I had forgotten about it until I got an email a couple of weeks ago from Trisha Morrison asking if I would be in a documentary about Tommy Morrison's life.
We filmed a few months ago.
The point of this story is that you [we] are always creating chapters in the book of our lives.
All storylines will be influenced by FEAR.
Yep.
Fear again. That fucker.
Self-awareness & critical thinking will always lead to more interesting, important choices.
If I didn't manage my own fear I would never have flown to Kansas to meet with Ringside president John Brown to discuss training gear design for self-defense.
It was during that trip I met Tommy Morrison.
It was because of that ability to believe in myself and take calculated risks that I was in a position to be asked to work on Rocky 5.
I hope you understand where I'm leading.
Fear management = time management and time is the only resource we cannot regenerate...
This is why our BTS90 program is just as much mental training as it is physical.
We MUST get out of the fear loop as soon as humanly possible to take action on our goals.
Let me ask you…
What actions in your life are you allowing fear to hold you back from taking?
What if 90 days from now you could erase those fears and harness the confidence to make decisive actions?
Imagine how much your life could change…
That’s the power of the BTS90 Transformation program and the type of results that our previous training groups have experienced.
If you want to understand the cycle of behavior and how to escape the fear loop so that you can take the decisive actions that are most needed in your life, our registration for the next BTS90 Program opens next week. Get early access here.
Stay Tuned,
