TACTICAL SNACKS
I get asked pretty often how I stay in fighting shape.
At 63 years old, I often find myself doing demos with men younger than my son who is now 32!
Depending on the event I'm teaching at (military, police, martial arts school), many of them are very well-trained studs in their late twenties, peaking as tactical athletes.
As an AGING ATHLETE, I focus on agility, resiliency, and readiness.
(PSA: you’re an aging athlete too!)
So what do I do to stay fit and ready?
Over a decade ago, I created a program for some of my military clients called COMBAT CALISTHENICS - it was this design that inspired what I do now and have been doing for years.
'COMCAL' inspired Tactical Snacks - of course, bite-sized workouts done once in a while won't do much, but if they're done consistently, the compound interest is undeniable over time - shorter rep cycles, focus on specific skill sets creating meaningful reps.
Best of all, the risk of injury is almost nil and the upside is incredible.
This programming is now at the heart of our BTS90 program - a training experience that should be on your bucket list.
I work with a small group of people for 3 months.
I connect every day via a private APP and we meet live via Zoom once a week to discuss drills, skills, mindset, and motivation.
The growth and transformations are amazing.

Want to do 100 pushups a day?
Follow this recipe.
Do 10 every hour for 10 hours.
Can't do 10 in a row? Do 5 every 30 minutes!
Don’t like the idea of running a mile?
Run 400 yards.
After you complete that, run another 400 yards.
Do that two more times. Voila, you just ran a mile.
