“If you didn’t fear fear, what would you do?”
Stop reading for a moment.
Pick something in your life that is BLOCKING you. It could be anything… a person, business situation, fitness, health…
Reread the fear quote.
First, write down your situation.
Visualize the changes you want to see happen.
Now write down things you could do that would fix the situation.
You should notice that your physiology changed simply by writing down the problem and contemplating (legal/ethical) solutions - physiology changes as psychological fear dissipates.
That’s how powerful the connection between ‘mind and body’ is.
Of course, there’s more work to be done, but nothing BEGINS until YOU give yourself permission to WIN!
I think about the psychology of fear often - had somebody taught me when I was a kid to look at fear the way we teach in our system, my life would’ve been completely different.
But better late than never, right?
After decades of studying fear, it’s my mission to get the KNOW FEAR® program into the hands (and heads) of as many people as possible - especially parents!
